Product Information
This 100 mm centrifugal extractor fan by Vent Axia is designed for bathrooms, toilets or other small internal rooms. It uses a high-performance impeller that delivers up to 22 L/s (≈80 m³/h) airflow, which means it meets the minimum extraction rates required under UK regulations for ducted ventilation.
In addition to strong airflow, the model is engineered for quieter performance — noise levels are around 30 dB(A) at 3 m, making it suitable for installations where low noise is valued. The housing is finished in white, and the unit is rated IPX4 (suitable for bathroom zones) with flexible mounting options (wall, ceiling, panel or window).
A key feature is its built-in over-run timer which allows the fan to continue operating for an adjustable period (typically 5-30 minutes) after the light switch or trigger turns off — helping to clear residual moisture and steam. With its 100 mm spigot size and ability to handle straight runs of ducting up to 50 m (in certain configurations), it offers a flexible solution for installations where the external wall isn’t close.
