The Hyco PowerFlow Smart PF100LS is the largest model in the PowerFlow Smart range, offering a generous 100-litre storage capacity for applications with substantial hot water requirements. Designed to deliver mains-pressure hot water to multiple outlets, the unit combines a powerful 3.0kW Incoloy stainless steel heating element with advanced Smart Technology controls to provide efficient operation, rapid recovery and reduced energy consumption. Standard, Smart and Eco operating modes allow users to tailor performance to usage patterns, making the PF100LS an ideal solution for commercial premises, healthcare environments, hospitality settings, educational facilities and larger residential properties.

Constructed with a durable glass-lined steel tank and protected by a replaceable magnesium anode, the PF100LS is engineered for reliable long-term operation. High-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps minimise standing heat losses and improve energy efficiency, while the electronic thermostat provides precise temperature adjustment between 30°C and 70°C. The carefully designed cylinder configuration reduces cold-water dilution to maximise available hot water output during peak demand periods. To support safe water hygiene practices, the integrated Anti-Legionella function automatically raises the stored water temperature to 65°C for one hour every two weeks, helping to reduce the risk of bacterial contamination. Further features include a digital control interface, external temperature adjustment, IPX4 protection and ErP Energy Efficiency Class A certification.

Supplied complete with a comprehensive unvented installation kit, the PF100LS includes an expansion vessel, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, check valve assembly and tundishes for straightforward compliance with installation requirements. Operating at a working pressure of 3 bar, the heater incorporates multiple safety mechanisms including overheat protection, a temperature and pressure relief valve rated at 7 bar/90°C and a pressure relief valve set at 6 bar. The PF100LS delivers exceptional stored hot water capacity and dependable performance for high-demand multipoint installations.
