Holiday mode

Holiday mode enables you to override the timing schedule while away. The heating temperature is reduced to the frost protection setting for your holiday period by simply programming the number of days you’re away. The neoStat-e is automatically switched back to your normal timing schedule for your return.

Frost mode

Frost mode can be used in conjunction with holiday mode or activated if you wish the thermostat to be switched off in a room unless the temperature drops below a certain level. Frost mode is only activated once the room temperature drops below the preset frost temperature. This setting is represented by a snowflake icon on the screen.

Temperature hold

Temperature hold is a flexible manual override of the running heating program to turn the temperature up or down for a desired period.

Manual operation

Like all Heat Mat thermostats, the neoStat-e can also be operated as a manual thermostat without programming timings.

Timer for electronic devices

The neoStat-e can be operated as a time clock switching your electric underfloor heating on and off using a 24 hour format. The time clock can be connected to the neoHub and run wirelessly from the network. The thermostat can be used as a timer for consistent control of other electronic devices in the home such as lighting and towel rails. The neoApp works with these other household items and a second neoStat-e could be installed to control the underfloor heating.
