Product Information
The CALM100T features a 100 mm (4″) duct connection and uses a mixed-flow impeller to deliver up to approximately 97 m³/h (27 l/s) of airflow, making it suitable for bathrooms or small wet-rooms. It is engineered with German anti-vibration mounts to keep noise down to about 25 dB(A), so it remains quiet in more intimate spaces.
What sets this variant apart is the built-in adjustable run-on timer: once the fan is activated (via light switch or separate control), it continues to run for a set period (typically adjustable between 2 and 30 minutes) to ensure lingering humidity or odours are cleared. Additionally it comes with an integral back-draft shutter to prevent external air from entering when the fan isn’t active, enhancing efficiency and comfort.
This model is rated IP45, meaning it is safe for installation in bathroom Zones 1 & 2 (when correctly installed with RCD protection) — ideal for wet or steam-prone areas. It carries an energy-efficiency rating of A+, uses low power (≈ 7.5 W as per specification) and is backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, giving confidence in durability and regulatory compliance (Parts F & L of UK Building Regs).
