Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion entitles customers who purchase an eligible dehumidifier to one free pack of eligible replacement filters.

2. To qualify, customers must purchase an eligible dehumidifier and add an eligible pack of filters to their basket. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

3. Dust filters are excluded from this promotion. Dehumidifiers that are supplied with non-replenishable dust filters are not eligible for the promotion. This includes the DV8L, DV12L and DV12LWF models.

4. Customers are limited to one free pack of eligible filters per order, regardless of the number of eligible dehumidifiers purchased in the same order.

5. The free filter promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative product.

6. The promotion is subject to product availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

7. Please note: The dehumidifier and free filter pack will be delivered separately and may arrive at different times.

8. Only filters specifically included within the promotion are eligible. Dust filters and other non-eligible filter products will not qualify for the free offer.

9. By completing a purchase as part of this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
