The Vent‑Axia Svara 100 mm Lo‑Carbon Smart Extractor Fan (409802) is a highly capable axial extractor fan, designed for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Its 100 mm (4-inch) duct size makes it compatible with standard installations, and it’s part of the Lo-Carbon range meaning it emphasises energy efficiency and low operational cost. The unit operates on a DC motor consuming as little as 4 W in trickle mode, thereby minimising running costs.

One of the key features of this model is its smart control via Bluetooth using the manufacturer’s app. Through the app you can configure a range of functions: select between continuous or intermittent operation, set up the humidistat to trigger high-flow when humidity rises (for example during a shower), activate the light sensor for automatic boost when someone enters the room, define silent hours when boost is disabled, and even enable a “holiday purge” mode every 12 hours. The built-in humidistat raises the extraction to roughly 30 l/s when humidity spikes, dropping to around 10 l/s when levels normalise.
