Aurora EFD™ PRO Fixed / IP Rated Fire Rated Downlight - AU-DLM981

The Aurora AU-DLM981 EFD™ PRO is a fixed fire rated downlight designed for recessed ceiling installations where reliable fire protection and a clean, discreet appearance are required. The Fixed/IP65 design provides protection for installations where increased resistance to dust and moisture is needed, while the interchangeable bezel system allows the appearance to be customised to suit different interiors.

The downlight has been tested in 30, 60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings and has been fire tested with solid timber, I-joist and metal web joist constructions. It also features Aurora's LENNEL terminals for straightforward electrical connections and can be covered with fibre based insulation up to 300mm when used with LED lamps, helping provide greater flexibility during installation.

The AU-DLM981 is supplied without a decorative bezel, allowing the finish to be selected separately from Aurora's range of compatible interchangeable twist and lock bezels. Options include white, matt white, matt black, polished chrome, satin nickel, antique brass, satin copper and anthracite grey, giving installers flexibility to match the downlight to the surrounding décor. The downlight is backed by a 7 year Aurora warranty.
