The Aico Ei208WRF is a reliable battery-powered carbon monoxide alarm designed to provide early warning of dangerous CO levels in domestic properties. Powered by a sealed-in 10-year lithium battery, it provides continuous protection without requiring battery replacement during its operational life. The alarm uses a proven electrochemical sensor that checks carbon monoxide levels every four seconds, helping provide accurate and dependable detection.

Built-in RadioLINK+ technology allows the Ei208WRF to wirelessly interconnect with compatible Aico alarms, meaning when one alarm detects carbon monoxide, connected alarms can also sound throughout the property. This avoids the need for interconnection wiring and makes it particularly useful for larger homes and multi-alarm systems. AudioLINK+ technology also allows alarm data to be extracted using a compatible smartphone or tablet, providing information such as alarm activations, detected CO levels, background CO levels and battery status.

The Ei208WRF features a loud 85dB(A) piezoelectric alarm at 3 metres, alongside clear visual indicators for power, alarm, fault and diagnostic status. A large Test/Hush button makes routine testing straightforward, while the twist-on mounting base and supplied fixings allow simple installation. Measuring 120mm x 105mm x 45mm, the alarm is suitable for a range of domestic locations and complies with BS EN 50291-1:2018 and BS EN 50291-2:2019.
